Come and enjoy the most popular and exciting tour, driving your own two-person speed boat through the green mangrove channels along the Nichupte Lagoon. You will reach the beautiful “Punta Nizuc,” part of the world’s second-largest coral reef, where you will have an unforgettable snorkeling experience while admiring the unbelievable undersea life.

You will begin this tour at the marina where you will take a 45 minute speedboat ride from the Nichupte lagoon through the twisty mangrove channel. Stop off at one of the best reefs in Puerto Morelos area for 30 minutes of snorkelling and then make a return journey back through the ocean, mangroves and lagoon.

As part of the second largest barrier reef in the world, the reef is home to a huge variety and abundance of flora and fauna which few places in the world can rival.

SOLO: Ride in a speedboat all by yourself!

SHARED: Share the speedboat with a second person. Perfect if you're a couple for example. Simply book an experience per person. Some might have to share with other bookers depending on numbers available on the day. (If you're travelling alone you can pick this option and will then share the speedboat with another person.)

Life vest, snorkel gear, bilingual guide and bottled water are all included.

Tour duration is 2.15 hours.

Children under 5 years old are not permitted. The minimum age to drive the speedboat is 17 years old. Anyone 6-17 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Please note: 4:00 pm schedule is not available in autumn and winter seasons. For safety reasons pregnant women and people with back problems are not allowed to participate in this activity. We recommend bringing sandals, swimsuit, towel, a cap and sun block.
