Wheelchair users:
If the wheelchair is collapsible, a shuttle service for roundtrip hotel transfers will be available.  If it is not collapsible, you must call a taxi when in resort for the roundtrip hotel transfers (reimbursement of the taxi fare will be made by our partners when checking in for your flight). Due to strict policies our partners in resort are NOT able to help any passengers board any aircraft or helicopter. Your FREE 1-Day Monorail Pass will need to be collected from Las Vegas McCarran Atlantic Terminal, 275 E Tropicana Suite 155, Las Vegas, NV 89169 before your flight. (Please Note: All bookings will receive a FREE 1-Day Monorail Pass.)
Once you have the Monorail Pass, you can go to any Monorail Stop and as soon as you scan the pass for the first time, it will be active for the next 48 hours.

Passengers aged 18 years and above will need to present photo ID at check in.
Infants under 2 years old can only participate on the tour for free if they can sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.

• This tour is suitable for collapsible wheelchair users, the wheelchair will not be able to go on the Helicopter. • Pregnant women can only fly if deemed safe to do so further to their doctor’s advice. (Maximum altitude of our Helicopters is 7500 feet (2286 meters) above sea level.)
• Passengers will be weighed at time of check-in. Anyone weighing 300lbs (136kg/21.4 stone) or more will be charged for an additional seat. This is payable locally.

When you’ve Booked: You’ll receive an initial confirmation from us immediately. We will then send your booking details to the supplier within 48 hours to request confirmation.
